This beer is a nice traditional style Kolsch that welcomes you with a nice crisp body, and perfect German sourced hop notes. If you don't know who Padre Muldoon is, it is certainly worth a google. This man converted non-Catholic settlers in Texas to Catholicism so that they could earn a land grant. So just as this man converted all of Texas to Catholicism, we thought it was only fitting to give this beer the honor of flying his name since it is converting people to Irish Red Ales on a daily basis. This beer is medium in body, with slight hints of caramel flavor, and specialty grain added to give it that iconic red hue. When you run out of this beer, you will want to fight harder than the boys at the Alamo to get yourself some more. So as you are trying to decide which style to go with on a hot summer day after cutting the lawn or working on that old car that will never leave the garage no matter how much money you throw at it, Remember Padre Muldoon, Remember the Alamo, Remember Hell or High Water Brewing. 5.7% ABV - IBU 24

In Texas, there is an old colloquialism when it comes to the coral snake that goes as such, "Red on Black friend of Jack, Red on Yellow... kill a fellow." This session IPA is certainly a friend of Jack (or of whoever else drinks it). Our Red on Black IPA has a nice crisp body with a perfect marriage of 4 North American Hops. The Citra hop is right at the forefront with its legendary fruity flavor that helps cool you down when you need it the most. This beer might be named after a snake, but will be your best friend for years to come. Just watch out for the other guy. Cheers Y'all! 5.6% ABV - IBU 54

The name of the game is Kentish Strong Ale. To us brewers and beer lovers this means welcome to flavorville. This lovely beer of ours can tie its roots to our friends across the pond where its Grand-daddy is the oldest bottled beer in the land of the Queen. Bishops legacy is an homage to a wonderful beer that gets its name from the finger shaped sign posts that pointed pilgrims to the tomb of Thomas a Beckett. The story goes that there is a brewery very close to this tomb that sold a highly sought after beer. When people came to the town looking for the beer, all people had to say was "follow the Bishops Finger". So this is our digital finger shaped sign post that is pointing you in the direction of a highly sought after beer. Take it from us, the Original may be good but the "Legacy" is just that much better. 5.8% ABV - IBU 40

We speak for everyone when we say that September 1st is way too early to be releasing pumpkin lattes, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin this and pumpkin that. So we decided to hold out longer than everyone else and release our Legendary "Hey Punkin" on September 5th. We promise you this one is worth the wait. We understand that this will cause people to camp outside the brewery and cause chaos only Black Friday retail employees can handle, but we are going to take that risk for Ya'll! So if you get the chance to taste this clear frothy ale with just the right amount of Punkin kick to it, there is no need to ponder any longer. Get one today before it goes away for good... or at least until September 5th. 5 % ABV - IBU 24

From Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Cape Mendocino, California, Hazy IPA's have taken the country by storm. However, this Hazy on the Cape New England IPA stands tall above them all. With its light hazy body, and complex hop structure, it is definitely a main stay here at Hell or High Water. A lot of people think that the haze of the beer comes from a Salem Witch ritual, or even that you are terrible at brewing and should just hang it up and call it quits. We think it has something to do with Polyphenols combined with proteins, but what do we know. Either way join the witch hunt with us to find the best New England IPA ever! And just in case you are wondering, that hunt ends at Hell or High Water with our Hazy on the Cape. 7.6% ABV - IBU - 55

A Bowler Hat used to be the fashion everyone wanted to have, now it's only for fringe hipsters and hippie cowboys. Just like them, this fringe beer takes the malt forward notes of a Stout or Porter and blends nicely with the hoppy notes of an IPA. This wonderful beauty has four separate hop additions that will certainly make you want to tip your hat and say "Cheers" 7.7% ABV - IBU 112

With "Helluva" being the key made up word here, we couldn't have picked a better way to describe this Hefe. Hell has always had such a negative connotation. As it should considering it's the home to lost souls and the prince of darkness himself. But at HOHW we like to use that word as positively as we can. If you ever see an item on this menu with our namesake in it, you better believe that we take pride in that item. This Helluva Hefeweizen is the prime example for that statement. This beer has won Triple Gold at the 2020 HOHW Competition as well as Honorable mention by our brewers multiple years in a row! But enough bragging. If you are a Hefe lover, or someone that's finally graduating to adult beers, drink the HELL out of this Helluva Hefeweizen 5.7 % ABV - IBU 10
